1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or engaging AJIZA for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

AJIZA designs, builds, and delivers custom software systems. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between you and AJIZA.

3. Intellectual property & ownership

Upon receipt of final payment for an engagement, AJIZA transfers to you full ownership of the custom source code and intellectual property created specifically for your project, as described in your statement of work.

Third-party libraries, open-source components, and pre-existing AJIZA tooling remain governed by their respective licenses.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are set out in your proposal. Transfer of ownership and source code is contingent on payment in full.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the timely access, content, and feedback reasonably required to complete the work, and for the lawful use of any data processed through systems we build for you.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Services are performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards, but we do not warrant that any software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJIZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable statement of work. Provisions relating to ownership, payment, and liability survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AJIZA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
